Life According To Pie...

Living From Glory To Glory Blog

Needing a slice of Pie!
Feeling the deep down inside feeling of  needing a slice of pie today?

Oh Baby, I can hear it calling my name!

Pie making is fast becoming a lost art.
I don't want to hear that...
Apple pie
Cherry pie
Key Lime that's another post...
Ok, what I was saying is this!
Pie is...
Just what it is Pie....

We need pie, because one day it could become extinct.
Now, I got your attention!

Get out your rolling pins, ladies and let's roll!

Living From Glory To Glory Blog
Learning to cook and bake will never go out of style...

A wise woman will make the time to cook and bake to bless and nourish
Her hubby and family.

I think I will be looking for a good  Banana Cream pie recipe,
Because I had a slice of one last night, at a friends Birthday party
and it really was a slice of heaven.
When was the last time you baked a pie?

Blessings,

  1. I LOVE to bake. It is my favorite thing to do and I LOVE making pies, cakes, cookies. I don't do it as much anymore because there are just two of us to eat it most of the time. One bit pie= Two fat people- xo Diana

  5. Mmm...I love pies - so tasty! My grandma used to make a fabulous blueberry pie that melted in my mouth. My dad loves Banana Cream pie and my mom tends to make it a lot. Thanks for this post - I think I will make a pie later this week. My hubby is rather fond of apple :)

    Big hugs to you!

  6. Hmmmm pie is a great blessing. We will probably have to make a blackberry pie for my dad's bday today. Thanks to my grandma & Dorene I learned to make good crust. I have a great banana cream pie recipe from my mom in the PW church cookbook. Do you have it? We should get together & have a slice.

  9. I'm not at all good at pie crust. I do make good chocolate meringue, coconut meringue, and lemon meringue pies. I have to wait for hubby to make the crust though. Mine always tear terribly. Any pointers?
