How I love having a clean home for my husband to come to after a hard day of work and how I cherish the moments my son and I are able to cook together to prepare a meal that daddy will enjoy.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful post with Roses of Inspiration - I will be featuring it at the party on Monday afternoon. The greatest gift and one of the most important, I believe , and one of the hardest but most rewarding is to raise your children, and be able to stay home with them, especially when they are young and teens. Keeping a home is as hard if not harder than an outside job but oh what a delight to hear my hubby walk by as I clean and say "Looking good"! I smile an hum a happy tune.
God's blessings on you this day!Sylviahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17029808502731853372noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4591712229039680133.post-42239672123122611012015-08-12T17:17:03.102-06:002015-08-12T17:17:03.102-06:00I love tidying up my home every morning after brea...I love tidying up my home every morning after breakfast. I usually make my bed before I go down stairs, and that way I don't forget about it. To me having our bed made first off, establishes some orderliness that seems to helps me get the rest of my day into momentum. I love to make a nice meal for my loved ones, and set a nice table; these are my most enjoyable parts of homemaking. I so agree that it is a privilege and a joy to be a homemaker, and I am so happy that I have been able to be at home with my children and be there for loved ones all of these years. Have a wonderful week Rox.Pamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17962395509313703071noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4591712229039680133.post-83124246121604752242015-08-12T15:15:53.699-06:002015-08-12T15:15:53.699-06:00What a wonderful post, and so lovely to hear of yo...What a wonderful post, and so lovely to hear of your joy in homemaking, i feel the same way and find the joy in cleaning and making the home a place for all the family to feel is a place of peace and relaxation. I delight in making everyday special.
I try to use all of our senses, smell, sight, touch, listening, tasting, when I go about my daily routine.

But my greatest pleasure, daily, is making our bed. I love to fluff the pillows, pull the sheets tight and stand back, looking at the the quilt on top.

Christinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09690722786561637489noreply@blogger.com
