They figure if they don't like it... they will just get divorced.
Growing up I didn't know but one or two friends that had divorced parents.... now it is the new norm. Very, very sad. The family unit has been seriously compromised.
As spouses and parents we need to bring God back into our daily lives. It saves marriages and has a positive, life long effect on children.
Your posts always move me.... sometimes to tears. I am reminded how great God is and how blessed I am.
Have a lovely day and may God bless,
Elizabeth
The Porcelain Rosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02181032354447286034noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4591712229039680133.post-69873583882877095182015-03-11T11:50:14.960-06:002015-03-11T11:50:14.960-06:00Lovely to have found you through The Beautiful Mat...Lovely to have found you through The Beautiful Matters. I had a stingray bike as well… but I love your sweet connection to it. I think the hardest part of those years to me were all the terrible words spoken… those words put a fear inside of me that Jesus later healed. I have desired in my life to speak kind and gentle words, and instill that in my marriage and children. I'm so thankful for HIs grace.
Love and blessings,
PamPamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17962395509313703071noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4591712229039680133.post-943984880870525952015-03-10T09:31:27.342-06:002015-03-10T09:31:27.342-06:00Today as I read this, I pondered my marriage.
