Kingdom Food
Remember the last financial crisis?
It was the worst since the last great depression of 1929.
Alan Greenspan, former head of the US Reserves, made a statement saying:
The average person doesn't believe it will happen again.
We as human beings just believe we will continue and presume all will stay the same.
Assuming that things will continue as they always have;
Is not just
Is not just
21st-century-type thinking.
Jesus said,
He would come back, but the people continued living in disobedience as

Though He would never return.
But His delay is only because of God's patience with us,
for He is not willing that any shall perish,
But all should come to repentance. (2Peter 3:9)
It is just plain wise to have a little food put up and put back.
I call mine Kingdom Food.

Love you so much. Thank you so much for yesterday! Steve and I were blessed more than you will ever know. Still thinking of that amazing sandwich you made me... it holds a close second to the amazing green chili you made me last week at the hospital. Then of course there was Amy's amazing brownies which are truly the best I have ever had.
You have a wonderful family Rox. I love them all and they are big, big, big in my book and Steve's too. Give Barry and Danny an extra special thank you again... to hold over until I can get my notes out.

We have to start shopping more wisely and stockpile a bit more. Not store up our treasures in the form of food--but be vigilant and wise. Thanks for reminding people!
