Family Circle...

Good Morning...

Christmas each and every year seems to come more quickly,

Yet, I have found a deep sense of peace in the process this year!

It really goes back to not allowing the worlds commercialism to rule.

We have the ability to stop and do what is important!

Every Christmas has a great potential to teach us the real truths!
God and His Son, given to us as a gift, a babe wrapped in a manger!

Why do we blow it all up and try to act super human?

Taking two lovely, godly young mothers out to lunch today,
I want to give them a moment to breath and relax...

Helping each other to do things in a way that breed love and family!

Is your Husband feeling the comfort and joy coming from you?
Is your home peaceful and Christmas softly playing in the background?

Do you have a few sweets in the freezer?

Have you watched Christmas movies as a family!

Have you read the Christmas story yet?

Well, no worries...
Just enjoy this most wonderful time of the year!

Give Your Husband what he really wants for Christmas
YOU...
Give Your Children what they really need for Christmas
YOU...

We are a family, because God put us together!
We are part of God's family if you are His child!

Blessings, to each of you!
Take a deep breath and sing;

JOY to the world, the Lord has come!

Just file away all those  wonderful Christmas ideas for next year!

Merry Christmas
Living From Glory To Glory

  1. AMEN!!
Each year I try to get all my gifts done by Thanksgiving. This allows me to be able to answer your great questions.
Worry, stress, and panic are not what Christmas is about.
    Merry Christmas!

  2. I truly enjoyed reading this post Roxy. It is a wonderful reminder that we don't have to do it all! I have been enjoying experiences this year. We haven't done too much shopping and such as we are scaling back and trying to create memories instead of buying, buying, buying! I hope you continue to enjoy the Christmas season with your hubby and family. Merry Christmas to you all!

    Blessings, Vicky

  3. I have no place in my life for the commercialism of Christmas, Roxy. It has gotten so out of hand and think it must make our Lord so terribly sad. Give me the old fashioned Christmas any day. Sometimes I wish we could just go back in time...but that's not the way life is. I pray you have a most blessed Christmas celebrating with family. I am so jealous of your white Christmas too...lol. It will be 70 here :(

  4. We start watching Christmas movies just after Thanksgiving. We have fruit that always seems to taste better this time of year. And assorted nuts in the shell that I crack while watching movies. I love it.
    Merry Christmas Roxy.
