This is a continuing thought of my last post.
Now these here young warriors, our practicing and doing what they know to do to be good soldiers.
Definitely not from a wax museum.
Alive and ready to implement the plan of strategy.
O beloved, I plead with you not to treat God's promises as something to be displayed in a museum but to use them as everyday source of comfort. And whenever you have a time of need, trust the Lord.
Go to the depths of God's promise,
And claim whatsoever you will;
The blessings of God will not fail you'
His word He will surely fulfill.
By Charles H. Spurgeon
How can God say no to something He has promised?
Blessings, Roxy
I left a long comment on your previous post, which I loved very much, and this one caps it off so well;
ReplyDeleteThe blessings of God will not fail us... I am convinced more and more of His faithfulness and provision for us
in these days. This is a great word Rox. Love all those boys... each one of them is so precious, and the analogy in the picture is great.... to me I see children and warriors in one, just what we are all supposed to be.
Loved your comments on my blog, and I will tell the bear story next time I chat on the phone with you.
Love Ya,
Pam
Hi Roxy,
ReplyDeleteI wanted to stop by and thank you for visiting my blog and for the *lovely* comment you left for me. (o:
I had a very hard time visiting you though because your blog is not linked in your profile. I happened to see it listed in the blogs you follow or else I wouldn't have been able to come and visit you. I bet others have that same trouble and you would probably get more visits if you changed this. I think you can easily change it through updating your profile.
I don't have much time to look around right now(gotta get off this computer! LOL), but I will *definitely* be back! It's always fun to 'meet' new bloggie friends. (o:
Blessings,
