Recognition In Heaven
I have been thinking about this lately.
Maybe because it's almost Mothers Day;
Or because a very special friend passed away.
Or remembering all those that have gone before me.
My time has not come...
I can think of so many family members and friends!
They have left this earth.
My hope and prayer is that they have gone on to Heaven!
Heaven to me is my Heavenly Home that has been
Prepared in advance for my Homecoming.
I can't even imagine not knowing each and every person that,
I ever knew in my lifetime will recognize me and I them!
I will be with all those my life had ever touched.
It could even be a seed or prayer that entwined our paths.
I miss those that have gone before me.
It's amazing to think that God made me a Heavenly Home;
And Christ paid the price for me to have an eternal Home;
And so many will be there to know me and recognize me!
Our true family...
All our relationships bound together through Christ
Will be deepened and enriched...
Will I see You There?
Much Love and Blessings Roxy
Oh yes, you will see me there. How wonderful to know those we have loved and lost to death are not dead, but waiting for us. I'm looking forward to my new home. More and more I'm singing....."This world is NOT my home, I''m just a passing through...."
ReplyDeleteYour post are always uplifting...and truthful. Thanks for sharing!
I always check in and read your blog. I love what you said….. yes I will see you there and God will make sure that this is how we knew each other. Blessings, Brenda
ReplyDeleteI truly hope all will be there, but sadly some we long to see there may not be so we must be light and salt while there is still yet time.
ReplyDeletePraying much.
I have just been thinking about my BFF who died 21 years ago. I have missed her so much. There are many who have gone on before us. Some recently and some years ago. I look forward to the reunion of the saints. It will be glorious.
ReplyDeleteI lost a granddaughter 3 years ago. I take heart knowing I'll see her again in God's kingdom. She's gone ahead of us...I take comfort in the thought of heaven and that a place has been prepared for us.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a timely post since we just lost our Mom two weeks ago. It will be a different Mother's Day this year, but she was so eager to go see Jesus. She missed Dad and her two daughters who went on before her so much and since they all loved the Lord, we know that they are all together now, waiting for us to join them.
ReplyDeleteBlessings and love,
Betsy
