Share those ideas and words that create and inspire!

There is a heavenly plan for each of us;

But when you can come along and leave a lovely

Thought or a vision of inspiration.

"It becomes like a burning star to guide or give light,

To the very thing another person is to be doing."

Helping one another in this journey.

To leave a friend or a stranger with an inspired idea,

Is a bit like a heavenly dew.

Refreshed and full of life once again.

Remember there is nothing new under the sun 

Scripture tells us, so we are all in this together.

So many have lost so much and when the spark becomes

But a cold dark ember, we must add some kindling,

Help fan the flame of someone's dream.

Some of these ideas were never meant for you;

But to share with another to help them do

The very thing you may see in your mind's eye.

Some ideas are for you alone, but mostly

These plans our placed within us before we are even born!

But yes we are our brother's keeper!

Help them to plod on

Share your light and see another prosper,

To finally be able to write that story, paint that picture.

To make a part of this world to be more beautiful.

How To Make Your Own Beauty Facial Spray...

Beauty Facial Spray 

Using a spray spritzer bottle you will add these ingredients; 

Start with some essential oils that are good for your skin 

Examples (Lavender, Geranium, Rosemary) 

Add a few drops of each of these essential oils to your spritzer bottle; (About 10 drops total or less) 

Add now 3-4 drops of an emollient oil, Examples: (Olive Oil, Almond Oil) 

Add 5 drops of Glycerin for an emulsifier 

Now fill the rest of the bottle with Witch Hazel 

Shake and spritz it lightly on your face for a refreshing and healing balm 

Can be used each Morning and Evening! 

I use mine after I apply my Foundation makeup, 

And even on a hot summer day, or on a cold day where my skin feels parched! 

Tip: Make it light on the oils, yet emollient and healing!

Tip: Close your eyes when applying!

A New Thing Can Be A Good Thing...

A New Thing

There is just something about a new thing that can inspire us!

We have all heard the expression, I just need something new.

This new thing is not about going out and purchasing something!

But rather a new way of doing things, or changing out something!

It might be nice to give yourself a facial;

Pamper your tired or dry skin.

Maybe its time to take down your curtains and wash them'

Or replace them with something else.

Maybe it's time to purge all those clothes you don't wear anymore.

Or just don't fit any longer!

We are all being transformed every new season, 

So I believe it is important to be conscious of it,

And as we grow and change every new year and season.

I think we can look around and find ways to be beautiful!

This beauty is both inward and outward...

The Spirit desires to change your inward;

You can change the outward in little ways!

May we not get stuck in a rut and become drab and dreary;

We can wash our windows of our vision of being a doer!

Making beauty a priority...

Doing a small makeover once a week can transform your home and Life!

Clean something out!

 Paint it!

Walk!!

Get a new hair style!

Get a new Bible!

(Take Every thought captive

No more stinking Thinking)

Learn to take a break to refresh yourself!

Paint your kitchen

Try a new recipe!

Change your Livingroom around!

Pull out some magazines for a new decorating idea!

I love it when someone will tell me what they are doing;

As it inspires me to do something new...

A Lady, Appreciate The Feminine Side Of Womanhood...

This was a lovely charcoal sketch I found on one of my travels!

It seemed to be saying how lovely a woman really is.

We live in a world where we no longer appreciate the feminine side of womanhood!

I believe this picture was of a lady thinking and pondering on

many ideas and thoughts. 

She was getting ready to dress for the day!

Did she just throw on a pair of sweats and call it good?

For some reason I doubt that would be the situation.

Years ago ladies wore a full slip under their dresses or there skirt and tops.

And while getting their hair and make-up on they would sit at their vanities.

Sometimes they would wear a housecoat over their full slip!

The curves and the outline of this sketch is so lady like.

I still can't help but feel that it is the way a lady may dress that

can appear to make the world a tough place.

Soft and lady like, not built to last like a tank!

Pretty tops and skirts or flowing pants!

Warm and cozy yet a touch of femininity

Even wearing a necklace or a pretty bracelet is very pretty!

I live in the country and I can wear a flannel shirt and

A pair of blue jeans with a clip in my hair and still look soft and feminine.

The way you dress each day is for YOU!!

Looking neat and having your top and bottoms match.

Having a nice pair of black sweat pants, can be very pretty.

Finding longer shirts to cover the derriere, is very appropriate.

A comfy sweater with a scarf is nice.

Look, I do not have rules of what to wear...

I just see that the world is leaning to the far side of no distinction.

When I shop anymore, I always give thought to how this will look on me!

Find a few colors that look good on you!

Ask a friend what colors are your colors.

I am sure you have heard from others say something like;

"That color is your color"

A lady can look good in flannel shirts or flowers;

It's really just giving thought to what you're wearing!

( I just wanted to share this memory, when we were just married,

we did not have a lot of money, but I shopped at a second hand store.

I looked like I spent a lot on my clothes; I did NOT.

I looked at the dollar rack first!"

I also learned to hem and iron my clothes to look fitted;

I replaced buttons and got stains out!

I worked all day on cutting off some old skirts and putting in a new hem.

They were a longer style and they were too long and bulky.

So now they look way better and just cost me my time.

Take care of yourselves dear ones!

Your health is your wealth!

Take care of how you appear!

Clean and fresh and like a girl...

Beautiful Skin No 7 Product Review...

 

No 7 Product for beautiful skin...

I brought home for myself a new product I decided to try!

It is called No 7 and it has a full line of a complete skin care treatment.

I usually purchase Estee Lauder skin care products,

But my Dillards did not have my Daywear dry skin face cream in stock;

So I decided to go to our Walgreens and I found this product!

I have seen it at our Target store, but I have not shopped there very often,

For the reasons that they do not carry my brands of clothing or designs I like.

But I must say the Drug stores such as Walgreens have come a long way baby!

I will give it a week or so and see if it makes my skin break out or if it  does not

add the moisture level I require to make my skin feel plump and soft!

I paid eighteen dollars for a gift box set that had both the day and night cream

in the full size jars, not a mini size.

And I also got a sample size cleanser that you apply to your face and wipe it off

with a small cotton square.

And it also had a sample size facial mask for a once a week application,

I think the trial size will be enough for at least 2 weeks.

This gift box would really make a nice gift!

This is my own personal review and I just want some feedback!

What are some of the things that you do that make you feel beautiful?

I know when my attitude is in line with the heart of God,

And I allow kindness to reign and not my selfish little girl attitude.

Being beautiful on the outside is nice and can be useful;

But a gentle, kind spirit is worth so much more!

Ugly Duckling Or Sparkling Swan...

 

The feeling of not being pretty enough...

Not being enough in so many areas of our lives can leave us void.

This world is always screaming more and saying you are not enough;

And it will tell us we are not doing enough...

Our plumb-line of where we are positioned has taken on a whole new dimension.

I have found that this ugly duck lie is just that, a big fat lie...

When we are young we always see all the pictures of the beautiful and lovely.

And we start to believe the lie.

And I can tell you this, that after all these many years I have come to see;

That the truth is this; every woman is beautiful in her own way!

We can all have a sparkle in our eye and a sparkle in our hearts!

You can even buy a sparkly shirt (smile)

I do want to add this one thought, being pretty and sparkly;

Truly comes from the heart and we can do what we can look

Clean and neat and kind!

There truly is no reason to feel like an ugly duckling,

Because we are all beautiful in His eyes!

How To Remove A Perm From Your Hair With This Curl Remover Product...

I just feel that this product is well deserving of a blog post;

And a review written on its performance!

Firstly, if you have ever had a perm that just was not what you wanted,

This post is for you...

A bad hair day is one thing, but a bad perm is awful!

My perm was suppose to just give me a little body and fullness.

(RIGHT)

My hair went wild and bushy

The gray hair just stuck straight out and was very stiff.

Needless to say I was so upset and so sorry that I had gotten a perm.

But my daughter in law found this product for me!!

One and Only

(Curl Remover)

She bought it from Sally's for under ten dollars!

We read the directions and highlighted all the steps and the times for processing.

We used two fine tooth combs to keep the hair straight,

We used our kitchen timer and had some old towels for my hair.

It had only two steps and did not take long at all.

I did help with the combing out of the 2 steps!

We both were a bit nervous!

But the results were amazing;

All the perm was gone!

My hair was soft and straight!

The gray hair was not sticking out any longer!

Now, I do not color my hair and I have not permed my hair in 20 years.

If your hair is already damaged I would not know what your results

would be, but if you have a bad perm, it still would be worth it.

Well, at least in my opinion...

The results after using the product!

My hair was soft and smooth!

I do recommend this product, as I was so deeply upset over my perm,

And how it made me look and feel!
