All Wrapped Up...

Christmas Spirit
Jesus came to us wrapped in a swaddling cloth.
He was laid in a manger which is a food trough.
He came to be our bread, our living substance.
He was born in a town called Bethlehem, which means bread.
He was wrapped and presented to the world as a gift to us from God!
Now what is all this reference to wrapping mean?
I believe He was wrapped up for us so we could be free from
all this stuff that keeps us all tied up inside and out.

He was wrapped in burial cloths after He died for our sins.
Yet even the grave clothes or tomb could not keep Him wrapped up.
We can either allow this world to tie us up or we can say no.
He came wrapped in our behalf.
We also have a gift we can give out wherever we go it is His light that is within us, as we live and have our being in Him we can be a light wherever we go...
MERRY CHRISTMAS

Giving Thanks...Always

Living From Glory To Glory Blog
 THANKSGIVING...

May we all stop and give thanks to the Lord for His many blessings!
This is one of the sweetest privileges as we have a time to truly count and ponder our blessings!
And then to give thanks for them daily!
This is an old picture I found at a garage sale many years ago.
What a sweet little girl praying to her Father in Heaven...
It has been one of my very favorites for years.
This photo of it that I took looks as if the glory of God is upon it!
The Lord has told us that as we draw close to Him, he will draw close to us.
That is a promise that I take to heart every day.
Blessings to each and every one of you!

~May God's glory be upon our hearts and homes always~

Corn, Sweet Corn, A Time Of Abundance...

Living From Glory To Glory Blog

A time of abundance...

Hey, eating sweet corn around these parts is pretty serious business!
And we take our job seriously.
I am so blessed and delighted at God's sweet abundance and provision in this land of plenty.
This is one of my sweet grandson and my husband  (My Boaz)

This is a time of abundance in your life.
Your cup runneth over with blessings.
My kingdom is not about earning and deserving; it's about believing and receiving.
Will you receive My abundant blessings with a grateful heart?

And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Philippians4:19

One thing we can do when we have an abundance of something,
Is to learn to preserve and put back;
We need to learn to can or freeze the surplus!
~Then we still have a portion when in times of lack~

At the time of harvest be wise, my friends...

Blessings, Roxy

A New Name...

Living From Glory To Glory Blog

What's Your Name?

To him who overcomes... I will give him a white stone with a new name written on it,
Known only to him who receives it.
Revelation 2:17b

New names indicate new beginnings: Abram became Abraham,
Sarai became Sarah,
What is in a name? I just think it really means so much!
That is why we need to allow the Holy Spirit
 to break-up our fallow ground!

For we have a stone waiting in heaven with our new name on it.

~ And this new name could be in the making or in the process ~

" Through the refining of our character while here on earth"

Just a thought!

A Hand Stitched Apron... A Lovely Gift...

Home Maker, Living From Glory To Glory Blog
Here is my lovely apron that was made for me, it was such a beautiful material
And hand stitched  and made with much love and diligence.

It was so much fun to receive an apron in the mail.

My apron is like a rose garden, a light green background and pink and red roses,
 with a splash of violets!
.
Will we sew in heaven?
I love to think on those things, will we get to read a good book?
Kiss those we love and listen to those songs that brings happiness to our hearts.
God created us each to love and creating was His idea.
I love to be inspired and to learn new things.
So thanks to all my blogging sisters, let's grow and create homes of love and peace together.

Country Kitchen...

My Sweet Amy 's Kitchen

I made new Curtains for her
Country kitchen.

Red and white curtains  "Just say Country"

Bright Red Walls...

I had just a ball making these curtains for my daughter in law's kitchen. She is such a blessing to me. She really loves to cook and bake! She brought over some yummy pumpkin bread. See what a little update in a kitchen can inspire!  We both love being keepers of our homes.

She is clothed with strength and dignity; She watches over the affairs of her household. Psalms 31

I have been blessed with a Daughter by marriage who has,
been such a source of strength and JOY to our family!

I think the picture in my head when I think of a country kitchen,
Inspires me to cook and bake and to just enjoy my kitchen!

Making your kitchen the hub and center of the Home is so important!

It is fun to update your kitchen curtains once in a while.
A pretty new bowl for the table with fruit in it!

Keeping the counters clean and de-cluttered helps so much!

Whether your kitchen is a country or modern in design or decorated;
It is so important for it to be cheery and have the items needed to prepare
Nutritious foods and lovely atmosphere!

Reading That Will Not Harm... Hank The Cowdog...

Living From Glory To Glory Blog
Hank The Cow Dog...

This is our dog, her name is Bella and if she had been a boy dog, I would of loved to have named her Hank.
Hank is one of my favorites of all dog names. Because of my love of the series about
Hank the Cowdog. The author is John R. Erickson. Now it is so cute and funny and Hank has been in always some sort of predicament. Good clean reading for young and old. My grandsons love to hear me read from these books.

I have been in a unique position to help and talk with a couple of grown women who were not so blessed to have been offered or censored their reading as young children and their youth years. And they now deal with fears and have had open doors of the occult in their hearts and minds
They are having many battles with their thoughts on all sorts of things, That I will not mention!

They know that it is because of all the material they were exposed to!

Now this is where I am going with this thought, these women have come seeking help and wanting all these thoughts and images to go away. So as the Lord is leading I will be able to help them to renew their minds with the Word of God.
The Point: Be very aware of what you let your children read or yourself as I believe the enemy is planting a bunch of his lies into the minds and hearts through his plan to hook young readers into fantasy and occult and evil mysteries.

Now here is a real good way to discern if it's OK to read a certain book,
Would the Lord be glorified or grieved by you reading it?

Secret Place...

I find myself looking out on the horizon and wondering what will this new season bring?
Like a boy who climbs a tree, I look up to ask the Lord what do you have for me?
I love and long for His sweet presence, taking the time to just watch as the world hurries by.
Wait, I say wait, for I am not in a hurry. I want the tithe of your day. Come and sit with Me for awhile.
Will you respond with yes Lord, I want to be with you and stay in this secret place with just
You.
It is a funny mixed feeling as the days are shorter and the nights turn cool. A time to make a cozy yummy dinner and read and just relax. I trust many of you are making the Fall adjustments also. Let me just encourage you to press into His Love and His Word.

He hides us in the cleft of the rock...
Keep looking upon the horizon...
Keep asking the Lord, What do you have for me...
Wait in His Presence...

What An Apron Speaks To Me...

Living From Glory To Glory Blog

What a wonderful day, It looks like fall, but feels like summer. I went out and picked some fresh tomatoes and picked a wee little pumpkin for my youngest grandson. It was just his size. The smell of fresh tomatoes just makes my mouth water. And the color of pumpkins makes me feel like fall is here.

I wanted to make a comment on what an apron does for me and speaks to me.
This may bore some of you off your rockers, but it was tugging at my heart strings.
An apron makes me feel like I am dressed to prepare a meal for those I love.
To do a job that is much needed and required!
I want to fulfill my calling as a women, wife, and mother
And for some reason it makes me feel like it is a small thing.
But it gives myself and my family a happy feeling,
Knowing that when they see Mom or Grandma with her apron on, something must be cooking!

I love to wear my aprons, and I have many ones to choose from. I like to sew them in many
different colors and patterns. I believe it has been a ministry to make them and give them away, to encourage women to be keepers of their homes!

Now, my aprons are not all balled up in a pile, but rather I love to wash and iron them. I keep them
in a drawer in my kitchen.  And I have them ready to pick a new one every couple of days.
I have a sweet little hanger hook shaped like a tea pot that I hang my apron on that I am using,
on any given day. I can actually feel a difference about being in the kitchen as soon
as I put my apron on.

If you have never worn an apron I encourage you to try wearing one, you just may realize
that this is what you have been missing!

May your kitchen smell heavenly!
May you feel lovely and domestic!

Aprons And More...

Well, here is the apron I put in the State Fair, I was so surprised to get 4Th place. Now this apron has a story. It was a pattern given to me by a very sweet and special friend years ago. And I really wanted to make it, but it was one of those things that just took forever to complete. And this pattern was an original , now the directions were a bit on the rough side, not the finished edges we have on patterns today. So here it is!!

I want to give thanks to my friend Ava who helped me so much and to Missy for the pattern!

I just want to say hello to all of you gals in Blog land...
It has been a very busy month with a seminar I went to, and then we had a leadership conference this last week. We were so blessed to be able to have many men of God speak into our lives. Jim Cymbala, Nicky Cruz, Carter Conlon, Claude Houde, Gary Wilerson, and a surprise speaker David Wilkerson.
It was life changing!!

"Lord, Increase Our Faith." Now here it is did you all really think I could post without preaching? There is a call from the Spirit of God to enter into your prayer closet to intercede for the lost. Even in the time of rain we must pray for rain, heavenly rain.
Rain down, you heavens, from above. And let the skies pour down righteousness:

Let the earth open, let them bring forth salvation, And let righteousness spring up together,
I, the Lord, have created it. Isaiah45:8

Fortitude...

Fortitude And Courage...

Through a multitude of test, you will learn courage. It does not matter the price you pay, but any cost you must obtain strength of character and the fortitude to endure.

This is a strong word, but this is the truth! We must set our face like a flint. Keep your eyes opened and keep His promises close and at hand. We either will be like a picked flower that shortly wilts and dies, or we will let our roots go deep and even flourish in the dry season.
Glory to Glory, Precept upon Precept and Line Upon Line.

Giving all diligence, add to your faith: virtue, knowledge, self-control, perseverance, godliness, brotherly kindness, love.
 2Peter 1:5-8

Regal Red Metal Chairs...

I wanted to post a picture of a couple of those red chairs, I told you all about that I have been painting this summer. Here they are!! I think I painted about 12 chairs, all Regal Red of course.
It started out fun until the fumes got to me and the snake incident. But the job had to be completed. My oldest grandson  was a huge help and my daughter in law come in at the end. She saved me and finished the last glider for me. That was painted a clean, crisp white.
We call it our outside living room. We do spend a lot of time outside sitting and eating Popsicle's.
Have a great day and be blessed.

Serendipity...

Don't you just love the word serendipity?

It means the gift of finding good things accidentally!
Now that is where I have a little trouble as I believe there is no accidentally anything
In a believer's life.

I do expect to find good things in each and every day.

I pray for God's favor and blessings all the time!!
Serendipity...
Really,
This post is on the word I heard the Lord speak to my heart the other day.
As I was looking out into our wide and open land, I heard the word (serenity)! I was just filled then and there with His peace. I realized once again He knows what each of us needI find that I do require open spaces around me. I love the peace and quiet of the country.
I have asked myself at times now why did we move way out here? Ohhh! The serenity and the awesome ability to hear His still small voice.
Now, I just want to be realistic here: My three grandson's live right next door, and there are occasions like every day I hear them screaming. But I have learned the fine art of selective hearing, and locking my screen doors.
I have had the best time this last week just reading fun, inspirational Christian books, (with the door locked)
I so love all that He has given me!
The gift of finding good things...

Blessings,

August Fun...

Good Morning,
I was just thinking that it was time to reveal some of these last few weeks episodes of my life. Well, remember the camping trip we took. Wonderful time, we had a blast!
Mountain air, a stream for the boys to play in. Now everyone must of been in the mountains because we could not find a place to camp for nothing. My son said he has never experienced this problem ever. Now, I am thinking you gotta be kidding! Thank God a sweet little lady came over to us after we stopped at a place that was FULL and she told us where we could find a spot. GOD bless this lady! We finally arrived at our place that the Father saved for us (reservations made in heavenly places).

OK, to the point I came home with the worst virus from swimming in a hot pool that was filled with who knows what. It was the first time I actually put my head under the water, I may have licked my lips!!(YIKES). Also the END of any possible good hair day on this trip.
This pool experience was thankfully done on our last day of our vacation.

Home again home again jiggity jig.

Sick and tired for almost a week Now when they say don't drink the water. Don't Drink The Water or in my case lick your lips, or dunk your head!

We have washed the windows (MY HUSBAND)!! I washed  all the screens and blinds and curtains.
And then ironed the curtains and put them back up.
I swatted flies till my wrist hurt
Granddaughter turned 10 what does that make me? Older than her...
The point I am trying to make is this I will enjoy every last bit and portion of this month of August. I love all you out there who have taken the time to read of my life and portion that God has given me. It is all good because we our all learning and growing in His love and Grace. We are a family and He is our Father.

The whole earth has a virus and it is sin and the Lord has given us the antidote to heal and cure the effects of sin. Jesus Christ and His word, take it at least three times a day! Pray and rest in his love.

Blessings, Roxy

Beach Blessings...

Living from Glory to Glory Blog

Friends!
A Labor of Love: You find out that you're expecting, the sheer joy and fear come over you with all its force of nature. Take a deep breath and you have 9 months to let it settle and grow and bond. Forever a part of you! My daughter and friend.

We start out being the only one in this relationship that is carrying the whole load, then, alas, we have those years of love and adoration of Mommy and daughter. We grow and laugh together, we learn about each other likes and dislikes. What an awesome adventure. Our love is a love that God has put into our hearts. He chose us to be Mother and daughter. But we have the choice to be friends. And what a wonderful thing to have a daughter as your dearest friend.

Love Sweet Love...

Living From Glory To Glory Blog

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

Love is beyond defeat. The word says love never fails. When you release love into any situation the dynamics change. Why, because when you love, you have released God into the situation.
God is love.
The word of God is love.
The name of Jesus is love.
The fruits of the Spirit is love.
The gifts of the Spirit are love.
The blood of Jesus is love.
We are born of the Spirit who is love.

I just want to challenge each and every one of us to change the atmosphere around you. How, by releasing God's love and watch the dynamics change. We are all just wanting others to love and accept us, yet in the day we live in, there is so much stress and fear and lack. And the one thing we have in abundance and are called to give and share is love. (His Love)

It's the only thing that there's just too little of. Love sweet love!

Now if you are looking for a way to overcome and to have hope in these days we live in. This is the answer: Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been POURED out into our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us Romans5:5

Breakfast Of Champions...

Living From Glory To Glory Blog...
Now, this is what I am talking about!

In the heat of summer mornings I love to get into the word and drink my tea.
I wait for His still small voice to speak His words of encouragement.
I want His direction for where He is working and what He has assigned to me.
He is just waiting for me to seek His face and His words for this day.
I awake so hungry for His presence and His direction!
Our Father, is just waiting to load each one of us with His daily benefits
My hunger for Him can be filled by just sitting at His feet and thanking Him for all He has for me.
I then begin to declare all the promises of His word for me and others.
 Open Heavens our over us!

Blessed be the Lord, Who daily loads us with benefits. The God of our salvation! Psalm68:19

God has said He will fill those who hunger and thirst after Him. (Open Your Mouth Wide)

Our breakfast:
Vanilla yogurt with fresh blueberries and strawberries, also vanilla flavored granola on top, then just a teaspoon of lemon flavored Cod Liver Oil. Yummy and good for us.

We are going camping and I am so looking forward to seeing what the Lord will speak
In the mountains of His creation. For I have ears to hear.
I send my love out to all my sisters in Christ Jesus for in Him we our family.

The Worth Of The Sparrow...

Living From Glory To Glory Blog Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? And yet not one of them is forgotten or uncared for in the presence of God.
But even the very hairs of your head are numbered. So do not be struck with with fear or seized with alarm: you (child of God) you are of greater worth than many flocks of sparrows!

As I went out to feed my chickens this morning I was walking into a very different situation than I usually encounter most mornings. There was a huge owl flying away with at least 20 sparrows going after it. They were sounding their alarms with screeching and telling that owl get out of here. This is our turf and you will not get what belongs to us.

There is a battle and we must stand for all that the Lord has given us. And to stand our ground against the enemy who is trying to take what belongs to us. And at times it takes others to stand with us.

The sparrow is the most common of all birds, yet the lord keeps watch over each and everyone, in His very presence they are. As He has said He will never leave or forsake us.
Luke12:6-7 Amplified

Roses and Faith...

                                                           The sweetness of the Lord

A rose is a rose, but yet they have many names and colors and sizes.
I always love the name The Rose Of Sharon which is not even really a rose at all.

The steps of a good man or a woman are ordered of the Lord!

Every step we take is really a step of faith. How can anyone walk in faith?
Because our God is a good God!! He is always going before us.
We are not blazing the trail of our own lives,
But rather walking in faith as our steps are ordered by Him.
I love how the Word cries out, Deep calls to Deep.
Now don't get me wrong any body can walk off  a cliff, and it would be a long way down.
But, rather take a sure step on solid ground, even if it's covered by water (FAITH).

"To you it has been given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God"

Looking Up...

So teach us to number our days, so that we might gain a heart of wisdom. Psalms90:12

I believe that there is a spirit of slumber upon us in these days. Yet at the same time the hours and days are just flying by. We must all stop hitting the snooze button!!

This last month has been very productive and sad and glad and funny and did I mention HOT.
Being Productive and Painting all our metal outside furniture, a very bright red color
I went to a Women on Fire conference, 3 days filled with God's power and Love.
Taking care of my husband and keeping the home fires burning.
 Loving my family and friends.

So Sad, Our sweet dog Heidi was bitten by a rattlesnake and she died. She was 11 years old
I can't help but believe that she took the hit instead of one of us here. We cried like babies.
And our other dog Bella is so lonely and sad without her,
she just goes over to the grave and just sits down.

God is still on His throne and He speaks to the hearts of His children,
and He has made a way in the wilderness
Even through the hardships and sorrows and pain and all the work.

Funny=Seeing the Grand kids playing in the mud walking around with nothing on but cowboy boots and mud, should of gotten a picture of that one.

The moral of this story= God is a good God and our days our fleeting,
so must learn to live in the now that God has given us so that there will not be regrets, but rather grateful for all the different emotions and seasons we go through.

No Matter;
Things Are Looking Up...

Wyoming Country...

I have been transported to a wild west territory, Wyoming! It is the town of Cody. I am actually here on assignment to check out a college with my best friend and her daughter. I believe I was honored to be able to come. The drive was very long, but when you have someone to talk and laugh with the time goes more quickly (ha-ha). What a privilege to be with a mother and daughter as they see the future home of their newly graduated daughter.
I can just imagine the wonderful and exciting adventures ahead for her, and I also can feel the emotions that must be running through her heart. What!! So far from home, Hello what was I thinking!
But as I walked around the campus all Could see was opportunity calling and knowledge crying out. Dreams just waiting to be dreamed.
So, go my sweet girl your time has come to grow and become all that God has given you to do.
You Go Girl!!

Times Of Refreshment...

Living From Glory To Glory Blog
This is just a small portion of the most wonderful vacation we have ever had!

God really blessed us with wonderful weather. Precious time with our daughter and her family!
We went with our kids on their sail boat and we were able to sight see all the huge mansions.
We spent a whole day at Sea World.
Yet, walking on the beach and looking for seashells by the sea shore was the sweetest with our kids. God's beautiful creation and a sight to bless our tired weary souls
Even the scent of salt water and the tropical breeze
 Refreshment galore!!

We have been home for almost a week and it seems like the memories are all we have, except the healthy tan and pictures of course. I want to say this about memories that they really are a force so strong at times. I truly believe God provided for this vacation and we made very special memories of our kids and grandchildren. We brought back two very specific seashells, one of them was a pink conk shell which represents our daughter and her family. And a very white and shiny one almost translucent, that represents our son and his family. They are now displayed on the mantel to remind us of our treasures.
Even Jesus went away to be refreshed
and being with loved ones and a new scenery does a body good.

His Love Is Calling Us

I want to share with you a very sweet word and sound I have heard in my prayer time.

Remember the portion of scripture where it happened as Elizabeth heard the greeting of Mary,
that the baby leaped in her womb?
And Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit.
There is a calling taking place the turtledove echoing, cooing and wooing to us
It is the Bridegroom calling His Bride. It is the call of love!

Those that truly love Him will hear! So do not fear you will not miss it...
For your heart shall hear like Elizabeth when she was greeted by Mary and her spirit leaped for joy.

I tell you My nearness is being given in a greater revelation before My second coming.

Those that have ears will respond quickly to My turtle dove cooing. Stop and listen.
I believe this is a word to help us out, as to learn to hear Him even in the midst of the clamor of the world's noise and commotion we live in.

Can you hear the cooing?

Dine With Me...

I will come into him and dine with him, and he with Me.
Revelation 3:20

I have heard the voice of the Lord. And Yes, I did open the door.
He came into my heart. !
I am so full of joy to be able to sit with Him and eat of His banquet table and eat of His goodness.
I find myself on some days overflowing with His word and feeling full of satisfaction.
Then very soon once again, I realize I need to sit with Him and dine with Him once again.
This word dine is referring to fellowship, taking your time sitting in rest and leisure.
Not a drive through meal deal.

Dear Saints, let us not hurry in our time of fellowship with Him.
Take time to really taste and see that the Lord is good.

Blessings, Roxy

Keeper Of The Home...

Even Our Pets Like It When We Are Home,
~Today is a rainy day and it feels so cozy to be home! Our homes are more than just a house on a street in any city or state, or any place in the world. But rather where there is the opportunity to keep our families, loved and fed and given wise instruction. We all need a place to feel safe and appreciated.

I feel very strongly that there has been an assignment against us women, from the enemy to make our calling as "keepers of the home" a burden and telling us this really won't satisfy you. Yes, I know this is a very old tactic, but once again he is up to his old tricks.

So my prayer for all women, young and old is this, Do Not listen to the enemy. Instead, take this as a time to count your blessings and take joy in being a"keeper of the home". Make some cookies, change the living room around, do anything that screams I LOVE being home and I take My calling very seriously. For I am a world changer one day at a time for the ones God has given me the privilege to serve!

My cat is one of those cats that just lay around, but really she is glad when there is someone who is at home, even our animals don't want to be alone. ~

Clean Up The Environment...

Here I am at the Public Library ...
And thinking where are the comforts of my home and my sweet familiar lap top?

Mr. Sony called and they hope to send out my computer today,
I was told that I needed a new hard drive, and software.

I think I am in the teen area of our library I can hear music coming from all their headphones!!
The music makes me think of the title of my blog that I was wanting to use:
"Clean Up The Environment"

Dirt and grime or pollution can come in many forms,
the one I want to speak of today is air pollution.
Not the kind you would normally think of,
this kind of air pollution has to do with what we say and how we speak.
Our words can be "verbal pollution".
Did you ever notice when you're walking through the grocery store,
there is often some mom screaming at Johnny to "shut your#***#*##***mouth".
And of course her screaming and her words
are way worse to listen to than Johnny's screaming.
I usually shudder whenever I hear a mother speaking word curses to her children.
I know  most of us are not guilty of speaking this way to our loved ones,
but often we allow negative talk or gossip to flow through the airwaves out of our mouths.
I love the scripture that says
: Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth,
but what is good for necessary edification. -Ephesians 4:29

I was reading in my devotional today,
Which suggested taking the challenge of avoiding critical words for a whole week.
Those who participated were surprised to find out how little they spoke!
As they continued the experiment, they actually had to relearn conversation skills
. Scary, Huh?
It might be something worthwhile to try ourselves and see how we do.

"What! Never speak one evil word, Or rash, or idle, or unkind!
O how shall I, most gracious Lord,
This mark of true perfection find? -Wesley"

Hope to have my laptop back soon and blogging as usual.
I can think better when rap music is not thumping through the headphones into the airwaves behind me.
 Many blessings until next time.

Signature Scent...

Living From Glory To Glory Blog

Sweet Smelling Fragrance!

You can't see it, or hear it, but you sure can smell it.
 Scent is a powerful force!

Think of all the memories attached to scents of our childhood and holidays.

Fragrance is a powerful tool used in the old testament, a certain scent was used as a part of worship. Now, today God uses us Christians as a sweet smelling aroma to those all around us.

Now, this is just a thought, but what is the effects that lingers after you walk out of a room or a building? May you live in such close communion with Christ, that you become a sweet smelling aroma in the lives of those individuals that you have touched each day and wherever you go!

( Christ through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in everyplace)

Hello Hello...

He Sings Over Us!
Hello, Hello!!

Jesus is calling:
Sometimes my phone rings off the hook and other times,
I pick it up and check to see if it's broken (smile).
Oh, but Jesus always calls. He calls my name.
He is the breath of life. (He is the head wind).
May His Singing refresh you today
~ As He calls out each of our names~

He Sings Over Each Of Us!

A New Thing...

Purple Crocus, Flowers, Living from Glory To Glory Blog

I want to wish all of you a very Happy spring season, and may the sun shine upon your face! And remember to keep your eye's upon the Son. It is time to be refreshed and to look with great expectation to a new season, which holds the promise of a new thing.

Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland.
Isaiah 43:18-19

Welcome To Our Home...

Home, Living From Glory to Glory Blog  Welcome to my home this morning!!
Take your shoes off and come in!

What a difference a day can make, yesterday was 75 degrees and today it is a light snow. The saying of the month of March is coming in like a lion and going out like a lamb.

But praise God our Savior came as a lamb and He is coming again, The Lion Of Judah.
Only JESUS is seen as both the lion and the lamb. Gentle yet with all power and authority!

Home, even just the sound of the word can give us all different kinds of thoughts and emotions. May your life and home is a beacon of love and comfort and safety to those that God sends your way!

Remember the word says we could even entertain angels, so show hospitality. And this does not always mean a full course dinner, but rather to give generous treatment of guest or strangers while in our abode.
Also, remember to send each guest out with a spoken blessing over them!

So now, May the Lord Bless you and keep you on this wonderful day.

Blessings, Roxy
