Doing What Is Right With Patience And Kindness...

Patience is a virtue, Living From Glory To Glory Blog...

~Doing What Is Right~

So much foolishness I see in the world.

So many making bad choices.

But, So very thankful that we can do what is right!

We make choices everyday, all day long!

Firstly, I wanted to look at patience in the heart of a woman.

Patience is a virtue that is so very precious anymore.

That is why we are told to be slow to speak;

And quick to hear!

The good and meaningful things in life take time!

As we learn each day to wait for something,

We are learning patience.

Even in sorrow and troubles we mature.

Bringing new life into this world takes a long time.

Having a happy solid marriage takes patience.

Cooking and baking from scratch.

Making a gift for someone.

We have lost the art of enjoying the journey;

"Take back the joy in taking care of someone or something"

Use your voice, Use your hands, Use your gifts

Be mindful of this day and even the moment!!

This is the day and season to choose to do what is right!

Being quick is not the goal!

To be part of the woke majority is not going to help.

Being all inclusive is not godly.

But, Being kind to all is precious!

Taking joy in the process of all that you have to do is a gift

To yourself and to others!

Don't stop now...

The way you run your race is as important

As in finishing it!!

Happy Spring...

It will be so amazing when we all get to heaven;

And we can fellowship together...

~Keep looking up~

~keep growing in Grace and Kindness~

Hugs, Roxy

Making Memories In All Things...

Making Memories, Living From Glory To Glory Blog...

What A Glorious Season...

I made this Christmas wreath last year at a huge florist store.
Everything to make this wreath was provided!
The choices were amazing!

I have found myself a bit nostalgic lately;
I miss my Mother, as she is not with us here, but in heaven
with her heavenly Father...

We do the best we can without the ones we love during
the most wonderful time of the year!

I feel that the world is just a kinder place during this season!

Making memories are so important; not just for the holidays.
But, rather making the time to celebrate Birthdays, and Anniversaries.

I am hoping that for I hosting and having Sunday dinners here will leave
A long lasting loving impression on my family!

Remember that making memories do not have to be expensive;
Making a family recipe for a holiday or birthday
(Traditions)

Looking to improve in areas that leave a lasting impression!

If you need to give yourself a pep talk to push through;
That is perfectly normal!

My hope for writing this Blog was to encourage others!
To not give up doing their best to make their lives and homes,
A better place, filled with good memories and LOVE...

If we are not teachable or willing to learn new things;
And to NOT forget the Old Paths.
We will be left a little bit emptier!

If I say something to you that hurts you;
Think of it this way;
Just maybe, I have learned the exact lesson myself the hard way!

I desire to be the Queen of this little castle, but at times my crown
is a bit tarnish or covered in dust.
I also need a helping hand and words of encouragement!
Plod On Dear Ones...

May I try to be the kind of woman who can help straighten another woman's crown
 without telling the world that it was even a little crooked.
 As I can attest to the fact of my crown leaning so far over at times it almost fell off.

Christmas Memories, Living From Glory To Glory Blog...

May you all take the time to make memories,
And enjoy each and every occasion!

I want to thank you all for reading my Blog all these years!
I appreciate each and every one of you!

Love,

Keeping My Spirits Up In The Winter Cold...

Snow, Living from Glory To Glory Blog

Winter Wonderland

Remember when we were children and when it snowed?

There is just something about the wonder of it all!

As I have gotten older I think I can better understand why so many
go south for the winter, they call themselves snowbirds.

I do hope you are all getting settled after the Holidays!

Yesterday I went to the store and bought myself some turtleneck
shirts to go under my sweaters. I think the layering helps
to keep the body heat in. They only had a few in my size left
 at the store. So when I got home, I ordered a few more online.
I got enough to have to keep warm this winter.

I love the change of the seasons, but driving in snow is
not my idea of a thrill!

Years ago I remember driving down a hill and doing a complete 360
When the car finally came to a stop I was so relieved I was alive.

I bought a few charms to make myself a new necklace.
I enjoy making them for myself, as I can find the right colors,
I want for a few outfits I have.And I enjoy wearing a necklace.
Do you wear a necklace when going out?

Yesterday I also bought a few items of food that will be nice
to have in case we get a lot of snow!

Do you ever buy a whole chicken and cook the whole thing
so you can get the broth for soup?
This is my plan for today!

I have also started my read the Bible through in a year plan!

Last Sunday we played Dominos, and we played a game called Train;
It was so much fun!

My plan for today is this
Reading my Bible
Dressing in layers as its freezing outside!
Putting my chicken on to roast in the oven!
Practicing my Piano...
Crocheting some of those little Oreo cookie magnets!

I will be staying in where it is warm and keeping myself busy!

I added a few new ladies to my sidebar;
As you all may remember I lost all of those I had on there!

Do you have a list of other bloggers on your sidebar?
Have you found a New Blog that you have found interesting?
Is blogging something you still enjoy doing?

What do we as a blogging community enjoy the most about blogging?

Looking for a bit of feedback;
May you all have a blessed rest of your week!!

Always, Roxy

Celebrate And Give Thanks For His Gift (Emanuel, God With Us)...

Christmas Past
Christmas Future

Everything has a consequence!

When I look at my life or the life of others;
I see a pattern of what I might call a Pendulum.

In our own human nature we all have a tendency.
We swing to this side or that side.

We can just chalk it up to each his own...

But I now can look back and see that life is a journey and we are
All learning through trials and testing of our faith!

Is it really about what you eat or wear?
(I am NOT attacking anyone here)
Yet all these things can make a huge impact...

What I am thinking for me is a greater measure of
Allowing the person the grace to walk out his own sanctification process.

Taking my own agenda or belief system and belittling another.
Is not going to gain anything!

I know of many that do not celebrate Christmas at all!
I have heard this is a pagan holiday and they use the
Scriptures in Nehemiah to say how we should not have a tree.

Look, I have grown up with celebrating Christmas, I have done
My own research and I am willing to continue to
Celebrate Christmas...

This post is written not to anyone I know!!!!

It is just something that I have wrestled with from way back...

I am a Baptist
I am a Wife
I am a Mother
I am a Grandmother

I am doing the best job I know how to do!

I have never intended to offend anyone!

We all have the luxury to do as we understand to be acceptable
To God, but not always are fellow man.

Some things are just not my job to police
other people and how and what they celebrate.
We can give our opinion and you can even listen to
 Why they do or don't do something!

I have come to see that there are so many different ways
of doing things and ways to interpret scripture.
Take time to ask the Lord to continue to learn and grow!

I will no longer participate in these battles of what is
the truth or the way!

I am a grown woman and I will do
the best that I can with what He is doing in my life.

Merry Christmas...

Christians And Halloween...

Why I do not do witches and black cats and evil scary things!

Firstly, let me tell you a story,
Witches are real and they love to do what witch's do...

When I was but a very small child I went trick or treating with my older
Siblings and we went house to house all dressed up in our costumes.
 And we carried a pail to put our candy in.
Well, I always seemed to be the last one to get my treat
And was the last one off the porch usually.
 This one particular year I was dressed as a Gypsy.
I was shocked and surprised when this lady started saying some
very weird and scary things to me!
I can remember being very afraid, and I realized even as a child.
This was not a game, but something strange had happened.
I tripped over my long skirt and dropped my bucket of candy.
I fell off the porch and hurt my leg.
My siblings were half way down the block!

I realized even as a child I just knew;
I had had an encounter with a witch!

I must tell you once again when you participate in this activity,
You will be exposing yourself and your children to evil things.
I also believe we can instill fear in our children that can last
for a very long time!

I doubt the discernment of those that think it is just healthy fun!

It is not glorifying to God or in your children's best interest!

May you realize if you do do this Halloween pagan tradition
Beware, as I can attest to things that are not particularly wholesome.
I also realize evil is always lurking;
But on this particular time we have helped him by setting the stage.
And willingly have open the door to evil and scary stuff.

In our culture we seem to not be shocked by much of anything anymore!

We now have a program called The Good Witch.
Years ago we watched the program Bewitched.

Some Christians use it for a time to evangelize others.

Personally, I think it is wiser to NOT participate in anything
to do with Halloween.

I am thankful that my children when they were little did not
participate in any Halloween activities.

But as our children married and had their own children
they both felt that they wanted their children to experience what
they had missed. I was sad over their decision and I prayed for them.
But only after a few times of doing it with their children,
They saw and felt the dangers their children were exposed to.

"One time they all went together and a man chased them down the
street with a chain saw that was so loud and he was screaming at them!"

I have many other stories about this pagan activity
But I will save them for another year!
Remember this is a blog that tries to train and teach!

The Gift...

Living From Glory To Glory Blog...

The Lord Indeed gives what is good.
~Psalms 85:12~

Our God does give many, many gifts.
And in the course of our lives, I believe many gifts go;
 Unnoticed
Ungrateful
Unappreciated

How different this world would be and I own lives if we started
 Viewing all the good things of our lives

If we would start with the small and insignificant things:
All those things that bring us pleasure!
Start looking at these things as love gifts from our Father.

Dear Lord, may I not have an ungrateful heart!
May my eyes not be blinded to your kindness!

If there was one gift I want to give myself is this prayer...
"Thank you for your sovereign love;
 That is revealed in the little details of my life."

I do not want to go through life being unaware of
Gifts from my heavenly Father...

I think it is the same as when we give gifts to our children,
We do hope that they will tell us thank you!

So we are his children, and I know we are a blessing to Him
when we give Him thanks...

Good Will is a powerful thing...
Give Gifts
Give Thanks
Give...

Much Love To You All

Family Circle...

Good Morning...

Christmas each and every year seems to come more quickly,

Yet, I have found a deep sense of peace in the process this year!

It really goes back to not allowing the worlds commercialism to rule.

We have the ability to stop and do what is important!

Every Christmas has a great potential to teach us the real truths!
God and His Son, given to us as a gift, a babe wrapped in a manger!

Why do we blow it all up and try to act super human?

Taking two lovely, godly young mothers out to lunch today,
I want to give them a moment to breath and relax...

Helping each other to do things in a way that breed love and family!

Is your Husband feeling the comfort and joy coming from you?
Is your home peaceful and Christmas softly playing in the background?

Do you have a few sweets in the freezer?

Have you watched Christmas movies as a family!

Have you read the Christmas story yet?

Well, no worries...
Just enjoy this most wonderful time of the year!

Give Your Husband what he really wants for Christmas
YOU...
Give Your Children what they really need for Christmas
YOU...

We are a family, because God put us together!
We are part of God's family if you are His child!

Blessings, to each of you!
Take a deep breath and sing;

JOY to the world, the Lord has come!

Just file away all those  wonderful Christmas ideas for next year!

Merry Christmas

A Cookie Formula...

Living From Glory To Glory Blog...

 Sugar and Butter And A Few Cups Of Flour + Love = Cookies

Just A thought from my heart to yours today!

Cookies and gifts galore, or very simple and quaint...
I think many of us have looked at the simple and sweet things
 That makes Christmas special!

Spend time in the kitchen baking and decorating is so very therapeutic;
We need the warmth and the feel of dough in our hands...
Stirring and cracking and measuring and rolling out the dough
Then bring out the cherished cookie cutters. So many shapes
Stars and Bells And Angels, And Christmas Tree's
 Can bring comfort and a sense of HOME...

This world was created accurately and with form. No element missing.
We have a recipe for cookies that bring a few simple elements together.
That creates a very sweet and simple enjoyment that gives joy.

We can lose sight of what is really important!

Give, and it will be given back;
In smiles and awe, saying this is so good...
Thank you so much for thinking of me!

It is in what we had to everything we do that makes it special!

So many of us together really do change the world;
Maybe for me it is one cookie at a time...

I am what I am by the grace of God!

One cookie One step in His direction daily
Makes a woman very wise!

Okay, it is time to share the name of your favorite cookie that you
"Bake This Time Of Year"

Thank You ALL for coming to my Home

Red, White And Blue, These Colors Do Not Run...

Living From Glory To Glory Blog, Country Living

Country Red, White And Blue...
These colors don't run.
 They  stand up under duress!
Wear and tear and blistering sun...
These Things Will
Keep you on your toes and teaches us to keep a good sturdy pair of boots on!

I am learning to be a lady even in rough conditions;
Hail, Heat, Gully Washers!
This is the first year I have not killed at least a few rattlers....
(Thank You God)

I painted our bird feeder out front this morning.
I painted our old metal swing set also.
I started scraping the old paint of my clothes line.
I am painting all these things my country Red Color!

Yesterday, after cleaning all my cupboards out, of all the foods that,
Had now turned limp from the humidity, I thought I would go out and
Take a little rest in the kids hammock next doors tied up between two trees.
I kid you not;
 I got into that thing and it just spun around and threw me to the ground!
I could not believe it;
I said aloud....

SERIOUSLY

So last night required two aspirins and some wintergreen oil on my shoulder.
I awoke feeling like I had ridden a Wild Bronco!
But no, I was just dumped out of a hammock right onto my backside.

SERIOUSLY

This is how I imagined it was going to go!

A girl needs to look like a lady
Dress like a lady
Talk like a lady
But work like she can get a job done...
I am not a wimp, I enjoy getting my house painted and clean!
Sometimes it does require work gloves, work clothing and boots!!

My husband is always so amazed that I am willing to jump in!
Trim trees, paint, pull weeds...
Whatever it takes to help alleviate some of the work and burden!

I believe God has made women very strong and a bit of grit...

We have helped this country by working alongside our men!
Yes, I firstly keep our home running smoothly and something to eat!
But there are times that we just need to help get the extra stuff done!

I have never been afraid of hard work!

This country has always been under attack from either,
The enemy or a wicked person or a natural disaster!
War or a downturn in something!

But we are told to look to the hills where our help comes from!
May you all have a wonderful life!
God Bless America...
God Bless America

SERIOUSLY...

A Lovely Parosole...

Summer Sunshine

How the days just seem to fly by ever so quickly, I find that I must purpose in my heart;
To take pleasure even when the days are so hot and muggy.

I see so many that dress with very little clothing on;
But I have also seen those that work in the fields, that are covered from
Head to Toe with clothing!
I asked a woman once last year if she was super hot?
She told me that with having her arms and legs covered it allowed her to
Stay much cooler than having the sun beat down upon her bare arms and legs.

I found this photo of such lovely and pretty parosoles!
(A Parosole is just a pretty name for an umbrella)
I do not even think you could find these anymore.

Years ago all ladies carried these when going out and about!
Or you might even remember ladies that carried those little hand fans!

Also now days we all have A/C and Fans we plug into the wall.
I am so thankful for modern conveniences!!

I also still enjoy seeing a lovely straw hat on someone at the beach!
But also there is nothing more soothing or wonderful than a portion of the shade!
Having a shade tree is so pleasant to have in one's backyard.
Also, many years ago we sat on our front porches and we just enjoyed the breeze!

I find myself doing most household chores early, so in the very hottest part of
the day, I can rest and just be still and read for a bit!

I hope you are enjoying this very hot weather and learning to make the best of it!
As so many of us feel like we could even melt.

If you have ever hat heat stroke, I have heard you will always feel a greater
Sensitivity to the heat!

Do you feel a bit dried out?
Remember this heat can make you feel dehydrated quickly!

Remember to wear some sunscreen as a bad sunburn can ruin a whole vacation
So try to keep some handy!

Have you found yourself really busy this summer?
Or are you spending more time at home?

I will be reminding myself to plan a bit more carefully for upcoming dinners;
As with this hot weather we need some foods that are light a cool!

We always try to sit outside in the evenings if there is a breeze as then the
bugs that bite are not so bad! I always worry about all the sprays that have
the Deet in them, especially for children.

I hope you are all doing well and taking joy in these days of summer!

Staying Steady...

Staying Steady...

Steady as she goes is such a good word, as we have so many ups and downs,
As The World Turns

We all find ourselves smack dab in the middle at times!

But we have the choice to enjoy a bit of the very place we find ourselves in.

Remember the first falling snow we would see spreading out over,
The landscape first thing in the mornings?

New, fresh and white!
You could run out and plop down into it and make a snow angel!
You could build a snowman and know that feeling of make believe.

Also, having the thrill of flying down a hill squealing with glee!

Being steady in all seasons and situations is so wonderful!
Having the memories of certain things helps us all
 just knowing
That some things do not change...

We can still have fun and be able to have a fresh and new perspective.
But to stay steady allows you to be such a comfort to so many!

May the last days of this month and year bring you great anticipation,
Of what is to come...

New and fresh!!

Be Steady my dear ones!
Do not be tossed to and fro
Be that person that is steady in these strong winds of  adversary;

Why Leaving A Comment Is The Most Important Thing About Blogging...

Living from glory to glory blog

Comments
Why Commenting is maybe more important than the content of your writing!
Shock Waves reverting within Blog Land...

Do you know what validating someone means?
Sure you do!
It is saying something to someone that connects you.
It says I can see and hear you!
Now if you want a private blog as a journal (Great)
But if you are going to join every Link Party and never leave a comment,
on another blog post that has been written by another
 you are being unfriendly and self promoting!!
If God has called you to Blog in a community;
Then I can tell you this one thing;
YOU are not an Island in a stream!

We all have a piece of the puzzle,
We don't do this life alone;
We are a body!

May I ask you this question?
Are you Blogging for yourself?
Or the sake of others?

We might just be missing the whole purpose and benefit of Blogging.
If we do not MAKE time to read other people's post they have written.
Or MAKE time to comment on them!

Your Blog will grow if you do what Christ has called you to do!
I want to prosper with His leading and to bring others along side.

I realize you will not have time to comment all the time;
But NEVER...
Shame on you!
It is like totally ignoring those who come to visit You!

It is important to comment on maybe a new blogger
 Just to say hello or welcoming them to blogging!

If your Blog is so big now and can't do it, find someone who will for you!
Or, maybe an email once a month; you could do a bulk send out;
Not very personnel. But is better than nothing...

He has told us to encourage one another!

Word Verification;
Take it OFF
And for those who use Word Verification, Switch to registered user!
Or comment moderation!
 Or take off the comment box...

No Reply Blogger;
That can be frustrating when you want to reply back to someone!
Set up an account and allow others to contact you!!
Go to your Profile and add an Email
(Use a different one for your blog if you want)

Comments;
Kind and encouraging words!
Only debate on blogs that are open to that type of response.
You have the right to delete any comment that offends or brings strife.
Comment back in an Email or go to their blog and comment!
(Most people will not return back to read your reply)
You also can allow anonymous if you use commenting Moderation.

Blog Lists;
Add interesting blogs you enjoy!
Not having a blog roll seems a bit (self)
Choose just a few if you have trouble with loading!

Advertisement
I have been on blogs that have more advertisement, then anything else!
I find these a bit over the top!
(They are hard to load up and takes way to long)
Just keep your readers in mind...

Posting
Be consistent with writing your post!
Once a week, or twice or everyday!
Write a few posts and have them in your drafts!
Schedule when going on a holiday!
Keep the post or articles not too long.
(Unless of course it is a book)
Add some pictures!
Find your voice and your space and blog!

Starting a Blog
There are now more blogs being written everyday.
They say there is a community in every aspect imaginable.
Find what really interest you
What is a desire of your heart?
Is this a subject that can write often about?
Writing what you are passionate about is very important!
Is this a season in your life that will allow you the luxury of blogging?
Having a Blog requires discipline and stewardship!

Public Blog Or Private
A public blog is for everyone to read!
If they find your address they can read the context;
Most bloggers I feel are writing for a specific audience.
A private Blog can be good for keeping family pictures and information.
Or for maybe a small group dealing with special issues.
Or if you just want a private journal for your thoughts.

Link Parties
They can be very fun and a great way to meet new bloggers!
I have a page on the top of my blog showing the parties I link to.
This is where you need to leave comments, at least one!
Thank the Host!!
Read the rules!
And if you are the one hosting the party;
(Please keep the rules to a minimum)

Types Of Blogs
Decorating
DIY
Homemakers
Cooking
Mommy Blogs

Travel
Missionaries
Crafts
Sewing
Educational
Christian
Devotional
Home Repair
Personnel
Journal

Marriage Advice
How to Be A Homemaker

As you can see the list can go on and on!

Write what is important to you!
May it bless others and honor God!
Make friends all over the world!
Writing is a wonderful way to express and grow in many ways!
Being kind to others is a lovely thing;

Did this post help you in anyway?
Do you have a thought that I can add to these ideas?
Remember, blogging is a community...

Just a last note reminder;
This is not to be a burden or a rule. but rather a real connection
With a few, then a ton with those who have no interest in you.
Remember, we have our lives we are called to live :o)

Everything Is Just Peachy...

Living from Glory to Glory Blog
Artist: Carolina Elisabeth

Everything is just peachy...

I love life!
I heard that a lady had said I don't think I can make it for even another day.

I was thinking about that a lot today;

I am learning not to dwell on things that cause upset!
We are to think about things that will give us peace and hope.

I understand that this is not always easy!
But it is not impossible...
With God "All things are possible"

Training and disciplining our thoughts are huge!

Many women can talk themselves into a poor me attitude;
without much cause some days.
And I realize some days for women can be really overwhelming.
I don't make light of the stress of women;
I just offer a small bit of advice;
 if practiced often, It will help you manage your stress.
Stress does not magically go away;
"But rather it must not be able to control you!"

But I have learned a fine art many years ago;
And I still practice it often, almost daily.

It is this one thing;
   Stop and realize that I need to take a break and
Prepare a special cup of tea or coffee for myself.
And sit in a comfy chair and look at a magazine that inspires me.
Maybe read another chapter in a book that I am enjoying!
Skim through a recipe book for inspiration!
Write a note to a friend!

Taking a bit of time to get refreshed before I start my evening chores.
We all know how many hours we spend making meals and cleaning up!
So I try to have a little time to reflect.

So then I can enjoy the evening meal and the fellowship!

Enjoy these long winter nights!
Stay warm and get ready for some holiday company!
Enjoy this season!

May you never feel that you can not make it through another day!

Remember, even David had to encourage himself in the Lord...

Loveliness In The Day to Day...

John Waterhouse

The Shrine

Loveliness is only seen by those who will stop to see!

It is all around us...

We are all so busy or tired that life is just passing so many people by.
"They have not learned the fine art of;
Stopping to smell the Roses!"

I do not want to just meander through my days;
As having a purpose and a plan are very important!

When we have those days of waking up with so much to do!
And you always have that mental list of
"Things I want to do"

We must pick and choose the list that has the MUST DO LIST,
But alas to take the time to find pleasure in this day!

We are all about to enter the busy holiday zone!

Can I send out a challenge to you amazing women;
To take pleasure in your decorating;
To take joy in planning some special dinners!
Make a pot of steamy soup on a very cool evening!

Try to take a brisk walk everyday!
Eat your veggies and salads!

Read a classic book before going off to bed!
Start your Christmas cards very early!
Buy a gift for someone each time you run to town:
Make something special for your girlfriends!

Let us not run like the world this coming season!
May we enjoy the early evenings!
Encourage those who struggle in their marriages.
Offer to help someone bake early Christmas cookies and freeze them!

Let's not wait to the last minute!

The true spirit is the Holy Spirit...
Let us stop to hear His direction for how we can be a blessing to others!

There Is Work To Be Done...

Living from Glory to Glory Blog

There is work to be done;
Today is a day that we have been given to Labor;
To work while it is yet day!

It does not matter if you are building a nation.
Or building an army!
Planting a vineyard or planting a cotton field!
We are to Labor;
Guiding and guarding what is dear to us!
Loving and helping our children and families!

Nurturing all those we have been given to us...
They become a part of us, we need them as much as they need us!
In all our Labors it can become mind-boggling to all the
Needs that need attending to!
Our duties are pretty much 24/7

Whether you are a daughter, sister, aunt,wife,
Mother or Grandmother!
There is work to be done...

Pray for a renewed vision for your family!
Start this new day and chapter with this;
A Prayer
A devotion to Him and a plan that is in His hand!
We are not of a fairy tale material;
Like" Once Upon A Time"
We are rather of the book,
"In The Beginning"

Be not AWOL
Report for duty, set your hand to the task!
Do not look behind you, but look ahead to the lovely sunset,
When the day is done!
And you hear well done good and faithful servant!

It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect.
(Psalms 18:32)

Glory to Glory Blog...

Do you ever hang your clothes out on the line?
I still like to hang my towels, then I still pop them in the dryer
To fluff them up soft :o)

America Pure Country...

Living from glory to glory

These Boots are made for walking...

Walking and talking are two different things, So  many
people can talk the talk, it is the walking it out part that
is the hard part!

We all have to keep our heart and feet moving in the right direction!
This country and our freedom come from wisdom and brawn,
And our Constitution of America!

May our stars and stripes wave over this land always!

Walk in strength and stand for truth!
Do not take your freedom for granted!

God Bless America...

My Eyes Have Seen The Glory Of The Lord...

My eyes have seen the glory of the Lord;
His truth is marching on...

Billows of clouds cover the mountain tops;
Darkness looms over the vast empty prairies
The tumbleweeds roll and roll...

His truth will not be stopped, it is in the very foundations of this soil.
His fingerprint is upon each grain of sand!

My eyes have seen His glory;
I have seen the glory in the eyes of a man who has fought on the battlefield,
 and now the war in his own mind.

I have seen the glory in a Mothers and Fathers eyes after the birth of a child.
And the glory in a tear that has fallen from the very same eyes of,
A parent who has lost a child to soon.

I have seen the glory in the eyes of a couple exchanging their marriage vows
 When these words were spoken;
I Do...

I feel His Glory when I kneel and pray!

His Glory is everywhere;
From the tallest mountain to the depths of the sea!

I can hear Him in the wind,
I can smell Him in the flowery fragrance blowing in my windows!

I saw His majesty lighting up the sky;
Behold, I see our flag waving valiantly...

His truth is marching on...
Glory, Glory Hallelujah
