Keeping Our Hearts Tender
My, how wonderful it is to be able to greet our husbands
when they come home with a kiss.
I always even tell him I am so glad your home honey.
It is not enough to only do this once in awhile.
we must always take their arrival home,
as a special thing.
There are some men that do not even want to come home.
Our part is to always make it a comfort zone,
not a battle zone!
When the Lord has asked us to be
Keepers Of The Home...
He does ask us to establish certain things.
The atmosphere of the home is set and established,
by the woman.
Let Love rule and peace reign...
Sometimes it just means to wait and choose
a better time to discus a matter that,
may be pressing.
I encourage you to keep your home with diligence;
For the thief comes only to steal, kill and destroy.
The home is where the enemy always is
trying to bring confusion and strife.
Keep your hearts tender, always remember
"The Kiss"
Blessings, Roxy

5 Kind Thoughts:
So sweet and so true! So sad so many women have been brought up believing the opposite though. Treat your man like a prince and he will treat you like a princess!
Wow Rox, so well said. I like what Kirsteen added about treating him like a Prince. Its so true about the thief coming to steal, kill and destroy, and where does he break into? Our homes. America is the evidence that too many have lost this understanding and homes have been broken into and robbed way, way too much; this is a precious and timely reminder. So much boils down to our mouth doesn't it? whether we offer kisses sweet or encouraging words of life and faith, or nagging, bitterness, and strife and fear from our mouths.
Hope you have a lovely Valentines Day. I am planning a lovely romantic dinner for my "Prince" tonight... haven't done that in a long, long time.
Love you,
Pam
Thank you Roxy for this reminder.
WE use to greet my husband with kisses and iced tea when he arrived home. I have not been doing this lately. I needed to read your post today. As wives we are the heart of the home.
Happy Valentine's Day.

Such good and wise advice! Yes, he must return to find his wife has been trustworthy, that she has been doing good for him while he has been away. Anticipating his return. Lovely post!!!
Great post Miss Roxy!
I've been struggling with keeping this "welcome" alive in the last few months with David being home so much, but when he gets back from the store, or even just checking the mail we're all waiting near the door. ;-)
