I love to bake pumpkin bread!
I use this recipe all year long, because it is so
Moist and really nutritious.
Pumpkin is packed with Beta Carotene.
But, I must say this is really a yummy and delicious recipe!
Bake some for your family;
As I will tell you
This one is a keeper!

One thing I love about this recipe is the fact it does,
Three loaves of bread.
So you can have one to eat right away,
And one to freeze.
And one to give away!
Blessings,
I am saving this recipe, Roxy. It sounds wonderful. We love pumpkin bread. xo Diana
ReplyDeleteSounds very nice. I wonder how much fresh pumpkin I would need ( we don't have tinned pumpkin in Australia).
ReplyDeleteThree loaves sounds very good! Thank you for the recipe!
ReplyDeleteI believe it's 2 cups fresh pumpkin, the best kind too!! Fall food is the best!!

Hello Roxy~
ReplyDeleteI made pumpkin bread and except for nuts we have the same recipe!
Yummy!
(I am allergic, so we have not added them)
Makes the house smell so wonderful and welcome!
Have a blessed and wonderful Thanksgiving
Lori
I have everything but the nuts. Maybe I'll try this over the weekend. Time at the restaurant is reducing time for homemaking and experimenting.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Laura
Pinned, and sharing it later this week on my blog. ~smile~ I've got two loaves of pumpkin bread in the freezer, so it may be awhile before I try it.
