Sounds like a wonderful adventure to bring the Word to the Internet, Roxy! Our internet here in the backwoods is ancient and slow, and I'm sorry to say I won't be able to access your site, but I certainly pray that the Lord blesses both the site, and you for doing this! ReplyDeleteGod's Word is active and alive and I try to keep it in me. It sustains me, keeps me secure and gives me comfort and hope. Love my Bible. It's what I would grab first if I had a fire.

ReplyDeleteI personally think just reading His word will bring you closer to Him. Ditch the simple devotions and listening to an Expository sermon is definitely the way to go. Thanks for posting a great site for reference.

Seeing that picture of the Bible with words underlined in red sent me back in time to my grandmother's Bible. She did that too. You could flip through and see the passages that resonated with her at some particular time in her past.
